Writer’s block is real, y’all. It’s a struggle that happens to the best of us. I’ve found that the reason that writer’s block is so frustrating is that it seems almost impossible to find inspiration again. Sometimes the only solution is to take a break and come back later, but there are other things you can do as well!
Tips for anyone struggling to find inspiration:
- Take a break – it’s okay not to know what to write about. Don’t despair, because inspiration will hit you!
- Read other blogs and find inspiration there! There are so many amazing bloggers out there that are seriously killing it. They’re such an inspiration to me.
- Relax and do something else! I decided that I would take two days to relax and unwind before trying to write again. I didn’t allow myself to open my laptop for those two days, and I spent my time reading – which is extremely inspiring!
- Pinterest is a great source of inspiration! It’s easy to find post ideas and other ideas that fuel your creativity.
- Keep an open note on your phone so that you can just jot down any post ideas that randomly come to you throughout the day.
And in case you need some extra inspiration, blog post ideas always come in handy for conquering writer’s block!
